I've checked in your patch after renaming the packages for the cheatsheet actions as internal. Could you check trunk with your version? Could you also please have a look at WebServices.xml? I had to adapt the plugin- and package names there and I also assume that you must have a version where the RDT-OpenPerspective action is replaced with an action from the platform.
