Try using /usr for Ruby VM home dir.


If that doesn't work, check where your Ruby installation is located
(from what I see, RDT wants the $RubyHomeDir/bin to be the place of the
ruby executable,
$RubyHomeDir/lib/ruby/  for the standard lib.
