Hi!

Thank you for your answer.  I thought this might be the right place in case 
there was a need to define a new platform or OS for RubyGems.

I am a developer in the Ruboto project.  We seek information on how to enable 
users of Ruboto to both relase Ruboto-specific gems and comsume gems in Ruboto 
projects.  I was unable to find a mailing list for RubyGems users.

I will ask in ruby-lang, then.
