+1 for the need for a Rails Engine specific list.

There will be a windfall of questions about migrating to Engines because of 
the Rails 4 deprecation of plugins (according to this change 
log<http://weblog.rubyonrails.org/2012/1/4/rails-3-2-0-rc2-has-been-released/>
). 

Since most questions will be implementation specific, probably best to keep 
off Rails core and categorize Rails-Talk (even if it is ghetto).
