I have been searching online and cant find a great tutorial on how to get apache 2.2 and Mongrel playing nice on a Plesk 8.1 box. I thought maybe I could find something here but no results come up for Plesk.
I'm sure this is a popular topic, as Mediatemple only offers fcgi right now in their virtual dedicated products.
