Tabulation can be simulated by adding scripts like one in my first post. That's what I meant with a server tabulation. Other possibility is to find a next element to tab into, from a DOM tree directly as Marius and Jerod suggested. For now, I'm satisfied using server tabulation but I can switch to DOM assisted one in the future.
