In fairness to them, the licensing is only stripped from the ShrinkSafe'd version. If you download the full ZK source, there are uncompressed versions of Prototype and Scriptaculous which have intact copyright info. I don't really know how I feel about this, but it fails to exceed my Rage Threshold.
