Yeah, I just didn't know if php's community would be better for a noob like me. Both seem pretty well documented, but php is far greater in popularity (probably because its been around longer? and sites don't want/need to switch).
Like I stated in my above response, I guess what I'm asking is which has a better community? Just running a quick search on google, I didn't find any rails forums that seemed all that active.
