With respect to books, the first 2 that belong on your bookshelf are "Agile Web Development with Rails" and "Programming Ruby: The Pragmatic Programmer's Guide". I don't know if either are available in Korean, but Google Chrome may be of some assistance to you with it's built-in translation capabilities.
