I think that means, that if some friend of yours receive SPAM, and sends
it you and wants to know what it is all about... Something like that.
It is normal that we all receive SPAM via trusted servers, as we are
usually surrounded by trusted servers, handling mail and stuff for us. A
trusted means that we trust that the header it added are for real, not fake.
Most spam messages have fake received entries in order to try to hide
who the real culrit was. Trusted senders do not add anything like that.
