Do we want to ask JM for a DNS reference (at least temporarily) so that
the existing SOUGHT installs will automagically start working again with a
new MIRRORED_BY?
This would give us a window to update the wiki and announce the relocation
on the users list and for word to get around that the channel subscription
needs to be updated. And while we probably don't want to permanently
*rely* on his DNS to be the official reference for a channel maintained by
Apache, having it in place would probably not be an undue burden on JM and
would keep existing installs working where people aren't monitoring the
users list to know they need to update their subscription.
