That generic attribute would sure be a nice place to put effective and expiration dates. Really looking forward to the patch :)

So the short answer is no. If someone wants to roll up their sleeves what I think is needed is a general ATTRIBUTE column in the same way there are CONDITION columns. The ATTRIBUTE column would allow one or more comma delimeted attribute names. The data cell would then have values to match those delimeted attribute names. Multiple ATTRIBUTE columns should be allowed.
