Filing issues on user forums is the quickest way to ensure the problem is
forgotten at the soonest opportunity as we do not have the resources to manage
everything. The best place is always a JIRA.
Please also understand this is a community project, not paid support, and all
reported issues are dealt with on a best endeavors basis depending on severity
and the mountain of other work we have to do.
