It went into NetBSD CVS a while ago:

but hasn't propagated to src-netbsd, even though it's been updated recently.
Do new files need to be put in a whitelist or similar?
src-netbsd needs a manual pull from NetBSD HEAD. Usually, except for
the quasi-period update of all sources, I don't manually pull in things
that aren't strongly flagged as needed.
