Awesome! Much appreciated the effort which went into making all the
information public and needless to say clear and concise as well. I am
still reading it and so far its great although it could live with more
graphics for beautification ;)
Yea there's a lot more I would've liked to do, but eventually the
reality of spending weeks doing painful and not-very-interesting writing
for essentially nothing in return sunk in.
p.s. the epub version is not yet available, but should be at a future date.
I simply ran out of time to fix it to compile and render properly for this
initial release.
I usually use pandoc to do my conversions, so do take a look at the
demos - http://pandoc.org/demos.html for some sample workflow. I have
personally never converted from LaTeX, so cannot comment on the
quality of the output though.
This prompted me to finally get the up-to-date sources onto github (*).
The pandoc build patches were already contributed by Igor Galic ("make
epub"). However, at least for me, that build exhibits the problems I
mentioned (e.g. no bibliography and cross-references are broken). If
someone wants to fix things, start from there.
