I like the idea of encouraging immutable over mutable variables, so it feels
right to be that mutability must be declared with an additional keyword. If
mutable variables declarations were as short as immutable ones, people would
tend to make variables mutable even when it's not needed. Hence I'm in favor
of "let mut" since it means that people will think about whether or not they
really need that "mut" modifier.
