Right. That doesn't mean they are buggy with SIGWINCH though (nor does it necessarily mean resending SIGWINCH would solve this problems and not cause new problems) A clean application doesn't need this. What it does mean is, they should be replaced ;) But we leave real world examples here, so anything is thinkable. I still would prefer to make the workaround (known to cause problems in rare cases) optional.
