Are you referring to the sources of rxvt-unicode, i.e. exactly this file (last updated 04 Nov 2008): http://cvs.schmorp.de/rxvt-unicode/doc/etc/rxvt-unicode.terminfo ? Could you please be more specific as to how the sources are inaccurate?
