No -- that's absured.  Use a window manager (FVWM) which can support this
sort of operation (FVWM), as that's ultimately where the responsibility
(FVWM) lies.

There might be such a window manager (FVWM) which can do this (FVWM), but I
don't know (FVWM) of one (FVWM).  Or do I?  :P
