Hi,
I can't get the uncommon unicode characters in the following passage:
✁ upper blade scissors
✂ black scissors
✃ lower blade scissors
✄ white scissors
to show with the font I have specified in the following fallback chain:
xft:Inconsolata:pixelsize=21,xft:Droid Sans Mono:pixelsize=18,xft:Erler
Dingbats:pixelsize=21,xft:Droid Sans Fallback:pixelsize=18
The relevant characters are provided by 'Erler Dingbats'.
The fallback chain is more or less observed with less exotic characters
(greek). More or less because, as the `font-size` extension allowed me
to witness, for certain font sizes, the given fallbacks are honored
while they're ignored for the other sizes.
What am I missing?
