urxvt (or any terminal really) needs cellfonts. since ghese are rare these
ays, urxvt allows any font, but will not use glyphs that are too big.

if your fonts really contain those character and are not displayed, then it
is because they don't fit - urxvt allows about 12% overlap or so on both
sides, but none on top or bottom.

decreasing font size will probably help.
