I don't know - but I am generally under-informed on these things.
The "rxvt-unicode team" tries hard not to attempt to create something like
that, because it's quite small, and the amount of work of keeping it clean
and useful is quite high.
If anybody knows of something like that, it could be referenced in the
manpage - also, hosting something isn't a problem if we don't have to
maintain the content :)
