I have the same Graphics card with you and urxvt occurs the same like yours.
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Device 191b (rev 06)
Subsystem: Lenovo Device 5050
Kernel driver in use: i915
tao@geo /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:02.0 $ cat vendor
0x8086
tao@geo /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:02.0 $ cat device
0x191b
See the driver in use is i915 but the wiki recommend is i965.

So please check your drivers in use.
