This is a problem with v2.6.3 reported by Alan L. Liu

I use sawfish with virtual workspaces turned on, and when an rxvt window
is focused (with sawfish using "enter-only" focus), it does two things:
1) Focus will not be transferred to any non-rxvt window when I move to
another workspace. E.g., if I switch workspaces and the mouse is over
Mozilla, nothing gets focus. Other apps relinquish focus.
2) Focus is "stolen" from a sticky app if you give focus to it in
another workspace, then switch back to a workspace where rxvt *used* to
have focus.
As far as I can tell, all my other X applications behave properly, so I
do no believe this is a window manager problem.
