Could you capture the packets on the configured switch, and confirm that switches are sending and receiving STP packets? Because the notification messages have not been seen on the log, which messages show the switch received STP packets (BPDU). e.g.) the notification message [STP][INFO] dpid=0000000000000001: [port=1] Receive superior BPDU.
