Thank you for taking a look.

There is a maintainer listed, but I haven't heard from him regarding updating
the package.  I have heard from a couple of other users who are helping to get
the port updated.

I updated to the current master and reproduced the crash when running s-nail
the first time, but I haven't been able to reproduce it since.  I'll keep
using it and make sure.  Maybe you found the cause but there is still a 
corner case somwhere.
