Hi, s-nail 14.8.9-1 on Arch Linux. When composing the body, the TTY's suspend character, e.g. Ctrl-Z, doesn't work; `(continue)' is printed. Similarly, if another process is run, e.g. `~v', or `~!...', the ^Z doesn't work when sat in vi, etc., either.
