Dear Rollie and Bill,
Most tank cars did not have ladders on both sides, just in the
builders photos. Bill, you painted 5 of those tank cars from Southwind
for me a few years back. Wow, a guy thats a decade younger than I is
now loosing his memory. Poor Donna.
