Y' know, I never paid much attention to 8 or 10,000 gallon tank cars The
few photos I have show ladders but that may be the luck of seeing one with
two ladders or just orientation in a yard. This comes under the "I should
have looked when I had the chance to look and now they're gone" category.

I would have questioned Don on this as AF cars came with two ladders and we
all know that AF's stuff was accurate. Then I found a neat web site with
some detailed photos of built up tank models and more photos on
construction. These guys are sticklers for details and by gosh, the cars
have only one ladder. Three snorts on the old Schnozzolas For Don - ! -

Interesting what can be done with a little styrene and a pot of glue.
