Hi Gary....I gotta warn you, layout building takes a L-O-T of time. It is a HUGE manhour sponge. I've been working on my layout for about 14 years now. Six of those years were during retirement. And during those six years, I have had a LOT of help from a wide assortment of friends in S, HO, and O scales. Most in the USA, some in Canada, one in New Zealand, and one in the UK. And I still am not finished and perceive at least another five years to go. And all of this is with other people building the kits for me. Not only should you hustle, but you might want to start taking some longevity vitamins. Cheers...Ed L.
