The short answer is "no."  However, you might want to investigate the S 
Helper Service turnouts.  They appear to have an open frog, but in fact 
the frog point moves depending on the route chosen.  These turnouts 
provide continuous-rail through the frog, yet have separate switchpoints 
that are hinged at the heels of the closure rails like the prototype.  A 
visual drawback:  They have no guard rails (nor do they need them to 
operate properly).  You can install some yourself for appearance sake, 
provided you leave a flangeway large enough to clear all of your wheelsets.
