I guess I didn't look to good when you visited me. I moved to NH for
the sole purpose of starting
my museum based on using American flyer . I started my plans for my
museum when I was about 12 years old.
Anyway, I moved up here in 79 and opened in 81. I have added quite
a bit over the years.
I had a customer come in years ago to see the display. After a couple
of weeks he sent back a letter.
that verified that I indeed had the largest 3/16 scale model RR on
public display..
Had ??? Yup, Had. I tore down the display to make a model RR
of the mountain Division of Maine
Central. It is based on a period of about 1880 . I need very old
style rolling stock. Civil war era stuff.
My Franklin with coaches helps in that regard.
My display starts at the RR yard in Bartlett NH and goes through the
Notch to Faybyans.
I have built a model of the original Frankenstien tresstle. I am
almost done building the willey brook
bridge. I have to make a model of the girders ( another bridge,
made of girders. ) And I need to make
another trestle that was just before the gateway to the notch..
My model of the valley will go to my floor. As the rails climb
higher as it goes up into the mountains.
Bartlett is about a foot off the floor. Fabayns is abot 4 feet off of
the floor.
The main line will be about 100' long. I will have an extensive
yard at each end including the y's at both yards.
I hope to have it ready for viewing by June 1st. , which is the
beginning of my summer season.
Gotta go it is about 1:00 am

The poll results are in....... To REPLY to the list, use REPLY ALL, to reply
to the sender, use REPLY. I do NOT know if this works on all e-mail software,
but it works on some of the most common ones. For those of you on DIGEST mode,
all REPLY messages go to the list.
