Hi Mark, Just one more thought about moving. I plan to move in 6-8 years, I'm building my layout in modules. They will be no more then 30" wide, and 12" high. The reason for this is I can remove my basement windows, the one on the side of the house is next to my neighbor. The modules will fit through the window and right out onto the grass next to my house and not even touch my neighbors grass. If they look like they will I'll talk to him about walking on his grass. We are very lucky to have great neighbors. It will not be a problem to walk on his grass. That's a thought for you to look into before you start building.
