I took a 1 semester votec coarse to learn autocad and like ben I like it.
You can use it for patterns for buildings and for layout design. It saves
construction time and materials. I used it for home renovations and
construction projects before I became a model railroader. Like Ben I wished
I had used eased curves, never heard of them until after I redid my bench
work (third and final time) An advanteage to AutoCAD or an other major
engineering program is that anyone in industry can turn your drawings into
something. ie laser cutting, cnc machining, or cnc woodworking.

The poll results are in....... To REPLY to the list, use REPLY ALL, to reply
to the sender, use REPLY. I do NOT know if this works on all e-mail software,
but it works on some of the most common ones. For those of you on DIGEST mode,
all REPLY messages go to the list.
