Interesting - now search for "t & o c" which is another common form of the name.

This morning this returned 2 valid hits out of 231 listings, and these are 2
different listings from your search. This is where the new search engine
breaks down.
This morning I first used your link, then typed "t&oc" and also got the 2 hits
out of 2. The Boolian search is because of the multiple ways T&OC has been
listed - with periods or none, and with spaces or not ("t & oc", "t & o c",
"t.&o.c", etc.). I prefer to use the Boolian search so I only need to have
one link listed on my web page and to only have one listing sent from eBay to
me. This did work until eBay changed their search engine. Also the Boolian
search causes only 1 listing to be sent to me - doing a search for each
possible combination can cause the same listing to be returned multiple times
(if an item is described as T&OC, Toledo & Ohio Central, and T & OC I will get
3 listings if a Boolean search is not done, and 1 listing if a Boolean search
is used - in your example both T&OC and Toledo Ohio Central both return the
data collectors card). Yes, using Boolean searches can be considered overkill,
but it simplifies life, and is a habit programmers can get into. <vbg>
