I'm not a moderator, but, I have seen that problem. For nearly a year, my
ISP would not respond as rapidly as Yahoo expected. When the response is
slow (or if the ISP does not respond at all or sends some sort of failure
reply to Yahoo) to an email sent by the Yahoo Groups process, Yahoo marks
the address as inactive. They say the email bounces. When that happens, it
is necessary to visit the Yahoo Groups page for your groups and to
"unbounce" it. There is a menu item or a button or something that does the
trick. The exact control that fixes the problem changes from time to time.
While my ISP sorted things out, I would check my Yahoo Groups every day or
so to fix any bouncing.
