For those of you that enjoy assembling craftsman kits, our latest
release may be of interest. We just started shipping our 6th S-
scale kit: the FD WORK Building that was once located in Telluride,
Colorado. Because of all the graphic lettering painted on the front
of the building, it may be one of the most memorable commercial
structures on the Rio Grande Southern. It was also one of the rare
non-mining businesses that the RGS actually served with its own
siding.

The building, built at the turn of the century, is of typical
western-style construction and was once an armory, an opera house,
and a sampling room (of the liquid variety, I believe). It is best
known, however, as the F.D. Work Building, supplying hardware,
lumber, and paints to the various local mines.

Even scaled down it's a rather large structure, measuring 10.5-
inches wide and 8-inches deep. The kit includes screen-printed
decals, over 8 square feet of laser-cut plywood, and a 30-page
instruction manual with 29 photos.

It sells for $140, with no shipping charge to the US and Canada. If
you'd like more information, please stop by my website:

Hope to hear from you!
