Hi Bob, One of the benefits of switching from O scale to S scale
is 46 inch curves will look a lot better! I'm even hoping I can
reduce them to 40 inch for my new S scale layout, I can fit in a lot
more operation oriented track work if I do.
Since I'm starting from scratch what would you recommend for
lighting if I have a level 55 inch tall layout in a square open room(
24 feet by 24 feet) with 8 foot ceiling? And how about natural light,
I'd like to build in some windows up around the top of the walls so I
can see the woods as I work on the layout, would they be a problem for
photography light? I guess I could put curtains on them if
needed?.....Dave Branum
