You seem to be describing a USRA-design 70 ton triple hopper car here, but to my knowledge VGN did not receive these new if at all. See Westerfield's site for images and data on the cars and owners: http://www.westerfield.biz/cg150001.htm > So . . . is there a source I'm overlooking or is it time to get out > the Zona and start slicing up AM two-bays to make what I need? The SHS USRA twin would be a more appropriate, albeit potentially more expensive, option. Besides the vastly superior detailing on the SHS model, the panel sizes (except for the center two, IIRC,) and end details will be correct. If you choose to go this route and want to use undecorated models, (placing SRCC hat on my head now,) contact me off list, as I have some available. Earl Tuson Yahoo!
