Based on the dimensions above, the #s for the JL "Classic" Beetle
crunch thusly:

Length: 1/57
Width:  1/57
Wheel base: 1/59

I didn't do height, as that varies with suspension and tire diameter.
Anyone care to double check my results?

Many thanx to Rollain for the specs. :^) Looks like this VW is one for
the foreground, perhaps?

Among diecast car collectors, the JL Beetle casting is known to be
bigger than 1/64. Now I know how much bigger. Be advised the term
"1/64 scale" is very much abused in the diecast model world. You will
find the figure often on packaging containing items that are WAY off
1/64. It's a source of frustration for many (like me), many others
don't give a flip. 

There oughta be a law...
