The name "Turtleback" came from actual Seaboard documents (a roster, I believe) 
referring to the cars... it was a name used by the Seaboard only to reference 
them.
   
  And I understand that the PRR car was more plentiful than the SAL car... but 
I don't model the PRR, and never will.  So I'm leaving "ALL" non-southeastern 
prototypes to you PRR fans... only models of southeastern roads will come from 
me... if ever any models come from me in the first place.

apparent then the SAL version as shown on John's project website. The roof
was raised to accept the shipment of Jeeps if I remember correctly.
