I think there may be some confusion here. As far as I know, the NMRA
does not randomly pick products to review. I think you have to submit
products for NMRA conformance warrant. I know we submitted all of our
products a few years ago to be award this prestigious honor which allows
one to include the logo on the box. So, if no S scale turnouts have
been likewise awarded an NMRA conformance warrant, I would assume that
the mfg. did not, for one reason or another. submit said product to the
NMRA conformance committee.
