Hi Bob,

I have had great luck with SHS orders (actually luck had nothing 
to do with it, they simply give great service). However, if you think 
there is a problem with your order, the best way to check it out is 
thru a phone call. I realize that this is awkward from overseas, 
due to long distance calling and the fact that you have to call 
during business hours outside of your time zone, but you get 
results quicker and more accurately than with mail or email. 
Also, it helps to make sure that your initial order contains your 
phone number (and preferred calling times), so that if there is a 
problem or question, they can reach you directly rather than write 
to you and then wait for you to contact them back.
