Dear Tom,
    I would use the cab and firebox from the Reading 4-4-0.  The wooten 
firebox is a must for a Reading (or CNJ) for the pacific.  I am sure 
there is a SSL&S 80" (or 74" for the G-1sb class) pacific drive 
somewhere for you.

PS  last steam engines made for the Reading was the G-3 class in 1948.
