Hi All,

I am sitting here looking at my recently acquired American Models PA set. I
am pontificating on how to possibly open up the roof fan grill to mount a
nice big speaker under it and still have it look good. I have yet to find
any overhead photos of the PRR units but have not really looked much yet
either.

Please reply with some of your ideas for the PA speaker installation that
you have TRIED and let me know how well it worked out for you.

Finally, has anyone tried painting the PA with regular Scalecoat? What about
Floquil primer? I would hate to get into this with applying the $150.00 of
detail parts and have it craze when I paint it. This it WHY I like working
in brass! There is nothing to question!

Thank You,
Bill Lane
