Hi All,
While the basic story is correct, Bill has the characters mixed up.
The PRR bought its RS2's from the D&H. The RSD4/5's came directly
from Alco. Neither the RS2's nor the RSD4/5's had trainphone
antennas, so the PRR RS2 model is wrong too. There were also a
number of RS3's on PRR's roster that didn't have antennas.
