Per your request about info re weathering, there is a "Weathering" Group
on Yahoo. You might want to join them - very little effort - and a fair
amount of interesting information.
Model Railroader has run a number of good articles in last three years
re weathering, Bob Smaus' articles in particular. You might go to their
website and see if any catch your interest such that you'd want to try their
new
download-for-pay feature.
