wheels for me?

Hi John, If you have to make them you might be able to start with
P48 wheels, they scale 43.90 inches tread diameter and .115 wide, so
would need just a little turning. NWSL offers them in steel.
Out of curiosity I measured a SHS switcher and an American models
geep. The switcher has 39.81 inch treads and 43.65 overall including
flanges. The AN geep has 40.19 inch treads and 45.12inch overall, the
overall diameter for this 40 inch wheel is probably near what a
prototype 42 inch wheel plus flange would be? ....dave
