Hello Everyone and Happy Holidays.
For # 6 Turnouts, I gone to the items from Fast Tracks. I took me a couple
of tries before I was able to make a good clean frog. But after the first few
tries - no problem. The first turnout took me about 4 hours to learn how to
make - it ended-up just a bit rough through the frog and I threw it out. The
second one is better but still a bit rough - but good enough for me to use on a
siding. I've made five (5) others since then and they all run very smooth -
even my Berkshire runs though it with ease! Take me about two hours in total to
make one complete turnout.

Now I not a very good track man, but I have made some darn good turn outs
with the Fast Tracks gig and supplies (code 100 MicroEngineering). I went this
route because I wanted a totally insolated frog <DCC Ready>.
I am very happy with the result and would recomend their product to anyone.

For those of you who belong to SMSG, I will try to make another turnout and
bring it to the next meeting.
