Not to mention the most important "fact" of all -- it is a NYC 
layout -- and the scale really does not matter.  One of the great 
shortcomings of many S scale guys is a lack of interest in mingling 
with folks who are modeling in other scales.  Great opportunities for 
learning things -- both prototype and modeling techniques -- are
